Snails is highly modifiable. I'm sure there are all kinds of funky hacks people have performed, since we haven't really kept it a secret.

As far as I know (and I am one of the developers) the only way to get all the weapons without doing the missions is to hack the registry. I use the registered version of DEXplor.

I would suggest doing the missions though. They aren't that hard and were added to the game for a reason.
