First of all, please do not make two posts saying exactly the same thing.
Secondly, go to the Snails web site and email the support address. You always get really good support (speaking from personal experience here), they should sort something out for you.
Finally, if you bought from Handango or somewhere similar, why not redownload it from there? Just log in and the option is available.
