Ok, I have written several times over a few months to the customer support email address reguarding a lost reg key, and I have yet to hear a responce. I have also informed several members (or at least they acknowledged my problem) including Jaybot. Finally, I have written to Peter twice explaining my problem, where I purchased my copy of snails and the full name that I used, but with no responce. All I ask for is a replacement serial so I can once again download and play a full version of snails. I hate to say it, but this is one of the things that leads to the enlargement of the warez community. No paying customer likes to be ignored this much when he/she has payed his/her money for a product. Eventually, people will just realize that months can be turned into minutes with a few clicks and that will lead to smaller profits for companies as well as a decrease in new entries into the market. So, please make this customer happy again by providing him with a serial key and show him that there is a reason why he pays for his pda software.
