Well, if you can't prove you bought it then what can you expect?

If you've registered the game online or signed up for the member area before, pdamill's support can look it up. It won't be replied to within a few hours (might take a few days), but it will be responded to... just supply them with the email address you registered with and any pertinent purchase information (such as the cc# you used) and you should be good to go.

sorry im an idiot, i ment to put i can proove i bought the game I have the handango order number in my control panel

If thats the case, you can go to handango.com and click on the orders button at the top of the page or http://www.handango.com/MyLogin.jsp?sit ... 6D8X9E795X

Then all you have to do is enter your email address (that you used when you purchased it) and your handango reference number and it will take you to another page with yout reg code and link to redownload (if you need it).

Otherwise, shoot an email over to support@pdamill.com and wait a few days
