Well you have two options:
You can go to the official Snails site () and download each of the images that make up the official guide and print those out, or you can go to the guide that I made and just print it out from your browser (. Warning: bright colors... I really wonder what I was thinking when I designed that site)
You can tap on the help menu from the title screen and it has pretty much all the manual information there.
