Your message is a bit confusing. You said that you can't play Snails for nearly 5 seconds when you opened it. Don't you mean it happens when you have set everything (game mode, weapons, etc.) and start it then?
The problem sounds like there would be no program which could help you. May be your battery is the problem...too old...or something.
