The version on Handango is updated, and with your reference number and email address, you should be able to download from there, no problem. (so you don'e even need to go to the members area)
If you use your reference number and correct email address on Handango, it will give you your registration key as well.
Try using your registration key and re-registering on snailsgame.com .
