I think that I understand what you're saying. Say, there could be (at the simplest level) two frames, one that looks like someone took a picture of the screen saver flying through space and a second that is a modified version where all of the stars have been moved about half way between the stars in the original picture. And then I could find a way to simply go back and forth between frames without moving the pics giving the illusion of flying through space. (That's what I meant by illusion tricks)
I don't know if I explained it well enough. Does anybody get this? Hopefully, I've not completely lost the ability to communicate with other humans.
Eh, not that big of a loss. So...anyway, does anybody know of a way to do just that? To have a fullscreen image not move at all? Not fall or rise or anything, just stay there? I can understand that it is not possible to add any animation motions, but is there a way to not have any at all?
If there is, then that opens up a wide range of new possibilities. It would basically allow full frame-by-frame animation like a cartoon. Although they would have to be extremely simple since the fullscreen images would probably take up way too much space for anything fancy.
