The Snaily German Conspiracy

I just discovered that "Snaily" translates into Schnecki in German. Could this possiblty have any relation to Schnoogie, the planet on which the Lupeez, Moogums, and Nooginz live?

My tip would be an Invader ZIM episode, Plague of Babies. The commander of the babies is named Commander Schnoogie.
