Hi, don´t you know anybody, when will be able to buy final version of this game?

Or some new version of beta?

The release version has been out for a long time. These "beta" versions are updates. Beta doesn't mean untested in this case, it means that it's a different subversion. Don't be afraid to install and play it. It's a great game and has been since it's initial release.
