PNG Load and MS Image Decompressor DLL

Hi guys,

i read on this forum that pocketfrog can read .png files on pocketpc through MS Image Decompressor DLL.

I wonder if this dll is standard on all pocketpc's or if may be some models without it (so my app wouldn't work )
