can't using STLport

I work with ppc 2002 sdk,I can't found stddef.h in include directory

I create a empty file in my ppc 2002 include directory, I got a another wranning

E:\MY SOURCE\STL\STLPORT\STLPORT\stl/_threads.h(127) : warning C4273: 'Sleep' : inconsistent dll linkage. dllexport assumed.

I use "list" header file in my project
If I need post question to STLport forums...
