PocketMatrix

Hi all,
I have downloaded the PoketFrog sample,
(as you understand iam new)
When i am trying to add an image to the Blit.rc
i am getting this error:
"...SAMPLES\Blit\blit.rc(10) : fatal error RC1015: cannot open include file 'afxres.h'."

there is no file under that name, when i remove the include from blit.rc
//#include "afxres.h"

i get alot of other errors.
Any ideas?
