Concerning MediaQ: it is a slow graphic controller. I've tried to write a DMA piece of code but couldn't get it to work faster then directly accessing the frame buffer.
RCP reported that you need to write a device driver to do this properly and I believe he is right. I unfortunately do not have access to Platform Builder and am thus unable to write one.
I keep my eyes open for any idea / way of making this work, but I wouldn't hold my breath over it.
