Kai-bang goes PocketFrog / Symbian

I am in the proces of converting Kai-Bang(www.kaiton.nl/bal)from Gapidraw to PocketFrog 0.8.
The conversion to PocketPC was not very difficult(i have converted the most in just one day).
Yesterday i bought a secondhand SonyEriconson p800.
It's Symbian.
Could someone tell me (step by step) what i should do to setup my development environment? What tools do I need?
