it's PHAL limitation due to the way it does it's blitting atm in groups of 16

obviously the 320x240 resolution of the ppc is divisible by 16 in both directions, so no problems

but the smartphone at 176x220 is only divisible in the one direction, and it's that direction that PHAL can work correctly in
