my dice game and next games work with pocketHAL and I have had only a problem which thierry & fast_rx helped me to solve :)
I'm also working to port both games to smartphone and symbian (and looking forward to palm) and I haven't had any problem with them. in fact the smartphone port was almost direct, only graphics rescaling. I haven't worked enough with the symbian one, but I'm sure the problems I'll have will be symbian related instead of pockethal related ;)

Thanks for all your valuable info. :)

I'm thinking in starting with Symbian.
In fact, I've already published a game for the Mophun platform (www.mophun.com), but sales are not going well, so I've decided to try another platform.
Since I have a Nokia 6600, Symbian is my first choice.
Lets see if I can get PF to work with Symbian. :)

I gave a look at the rasterizer, and it uses some templates. I'm not sure if GCC will compile that without any problems.
As anyone tried it out?
I know I won't be able to use the game framework "as-is", but reusing the rasterizer would be a good starting point for me, since I'm new with Symbian, and I'm trying to get the shortest possible time-to-market.
If I code everthing from scratch while learning Symbian, It will surelly take a long time to finish a game.

I'm quite busy finishing a freelance project, and I won't be able to take a deep look at PF and Symbian for a few days, thats why I haven't tried it out. :(
If anyone has some feedback on PF + Symbian, I'll really appreciate it.
I've already tested PHAL with sucess on my Nokia 6600, but I'm curious about PF.

Thanks again.
