Color Picker Tool

I've compiled it for ARM, not x86 just to be sure, that I'll see the same colors on my Device.
Maybe you'll find it useful.
You may also save desired colors in an output file.
Just place an unzipped exe file to any folder on your ARM PPC.
Note: Each time you Run Color Picker, you rewrite output file "outColors.txt".
