Testing Blit fails

Okay. Installed eVC++ 3.0 and PPC2002 sdk.
Used the 'fireworks compile' forum info for setting up the eVC++ and got it to compile, start the emulator and upload the app.
The only configurations I have for it are:

Win32 WCE (ARM) Release
Win32 WCE (ARM) Debug

There are no others to choose from in 'Set Active Project Configuration'.

The emulator starts and I get told that my PC doesn't support the build. I click past that and in the emulator I see 'blit' in the menu.
I click on 'blit' and get "This is not a valid PocketPC application".

I've linked in PocketFrog and PocketHAL.

(The reason I have eVC++ 3.0 and PPC2002 is I want to support as many platforms as possible and PPC2002 is usually the lowest common denominator). I have a hp4150, myself.
