I am very unexperienced with using libraries. I want to draw a PNG to a PF surface on the desktop. I was told I could use LIBPNG. However, I was also told I need a "loader" (??). Could someone please help me? Does one already exist?

Anybody? I am willing to make a donation to someone's paypal account if they can this for me. However, perhaps no one here knows how to do this. That's alright if this is the case.

It's not just like that "use". You'll have to setup pnglib to produce exactly what pocketfrog wants. Pnglib is overcomplicated to me.
