DillRye: Unfortunately this is an issue with most Pocket PCs. I know Thierry dug deep into the ARM core and found out a way to read the position of the LCD sync - meaning it is possible to sync refresh to vsync on arms.. Unfortunately I do not have time to investigate further into this... :(
