I might be missing it, I apologize if it's there already, but I'd love to have the ability to see all methods in one giant list, much like Javadocs does with the all classes option. The image map basically has all the classes, so that's fine (and I like that it's graphical too). But just a big list of methods would I think help people find what they're looking for a little faster.
Another 800x600 issue

Another 800x600 resolution issue I am experiencing, is that (at least for CGapiSurface) the main area is displayed a bit too wide in IE, requiring me to scroll horizontally back and forth to read the docs. It would be nice if the layout more closely matched the size of the browser window, even when it is 800x600. (I believe 800x600 is a reasonable minimum, I'm not asking for 640x480 or even 240x320.

I know that you are kidding but...
I have been using OverDrive Readerworks standard edition (free) to convert my game's html help into ebook format for the pocket pc.
It is really easy to do and you could probably convert the gapidraw docs the same way. (Though off the top of my head I'm not sure why)
