What variant of the 204 GD dll are you using on your 2200?

I will try to test it on my 2210 when I finish work to see what figures I get and to see if it makes a difference whether it is the PPC2000 or PPC2003 version.

Have you installed the gx.dll locally? The 2200 should already have it in the windows directory. I have heard of some games running slow if you install the older gx.dll -

Is your 2200 series running Pocket PC 2002 or Windows Mobile 2003? If its running the latter OS, be sure you're not referencing the wrong gx.dll (ie a local version rather than the version supplied with the device) as that may cause a slowdown.
