It is possible to use MFC with GapiDraw there is a sample included with the GapiDraw distribution doing this.
I guess it wasn't asked though!
It is also possible to use windows dialog boxes in an application that uses GapiDraw.
In Beshaped I am doing this and I also use MFC.
