opendisplay show version deleted navigation bar?!

is it posible to keep my navigation bar when i run my application? it seems to me that by selecting the "GDOPENDISPLAY_SHOWVERSION" in the opendisplay is the only way to avoid full screen operation. (i can keep my command bar in MFC).
