Haven't had personal experience, but replacing them with null files should do.

[OT] Killzat, the nick sounds familiar.. were you involved in the Quake communities at all?

Ok.. now i have a diffrent problem! When i try to open an edited ISO file in the FSPE program it seems to do nothing.. am i taking out the wrong files? or if you could rather tell me what i need, to run the psx programs

There is a simple process to see if it works at all. Try it on a desktop psx emu. Then, if that works, try it on PocketSX. I haven't done any iso editing really, but to my knowledge, the null file thing is correct.
