A few possible bugs I found.

I remember seeing somewhere in the game that says I can build a lobby every ten floors. But I can't. When I try to place the lobby on the tenth floor, it says Can Only Be Placed on Ground Floor. I tested again by making a new tower and created 10 blank floors, but I still couldn't build the 10th floor lobby.

The next problem is, i have an elevator with six cars. When my tower got bigger, I built another shaft next to it and put six cars in it. But my Virts seem to not use it at all. They just continue queing up for the first shaft. Could it be due to the AI fo the Virts?

Third, when a fire breaks out, the maintainence people just do not put the fire out. When I use the info tool, it says all of them have been dispatched. But I don't see them anywhere, and in the end, the whole tower gets burned down. Few things I want to add, I have made sure that the service elevators are properly connected and I don't experience the housekeeping problem. I even build a new maintainence unit and security unit next to the fire but nothing happens.
