Can you play this on a regular PC? I have Lemonade Tycoon from Yahoo.com and that was on Pocket PC at one time.

If I can't play it on my PC how much is a Pocket PC to play this game?

Do you have to worry about traffic like in Yoot Tower? I hated that, it always screwed up my towers.
