Posted: Dec 2, 2004 @ 6:40amHey I have had the same problem with support. Only I have never been able to download my games. Can only download the trials. I have sent 3 emails since 11/19 and have recieve NO response. I see in this that someone did reply to you Cindy but I know for a fact no one has replied to me.
