PPL has only been in development for about one year so far. It is quite a young product, it is still in beta phase. There hasn't been much advertising done yet because I want to make sure it is stable and that it performs well. I have good expectations for the product but want to make sure it is a quality product first.
There are about 50-60 people using PPL right now, most of them don't post on the forums though.
I will start advertising PPL around March, when beta 0.8 will officially come out. I expect to be done with the beta early summer.
