Hi,

I would like to inform PPL's game developers that the GameAPI has been greatly optimized and that it's been enhanced with a relative auto-gravity and automatic movements. Meaning... If the processing speed gets slow, PPL will compensate automatic movements by a delta factor to maintain the same movement speeds.

The collision detection and display of sprites as been optimized a great deal too.

Certainly a lot more responsive than the previous version. I ran it in Normal Mode (300 Mhz) on my Asus 620 and it was running between 62/7 and 58/11. Before it was about 40/30. So there is a great improvement.

I will keep on working on the GameAPI for as long as it's not the best PocketPC's best game engine. :D There are still improvements to be done and I will be devoted to it.

I will now concentrate on fixing a few of the Object-Oriented syntax bugs and speed issues, then I will get back to the pathfinding to finish it so I can release the official beta 0.8 finally!
