Indeed, overheating is only one of the problem that can happen with overclocking. Usually, bleeding make the processor fails before the heat becomes a problem, and this can also lead to permanent damage.
Although I kinda always assumed bleeding/heating are related? When the heat goes up, bleeding is more likely to occur.
