Problems with IMGDECOMP.DLL

I have installed:

Visual Tools 3.0 and Pocket PC 2002 SDK

Now i miss the IMGDECOMP.DLL (ARM).
The Header-Files and the lib was installed, but not this dll.

Linker Error:
unresolved external symbol _DecompressImageIndirect

Where can i find the right Version of IMGDECOMP.DLL

I hope, somebody can help me.
