This is not a valid Pocket PC application?

I was testing my game on an h1910 this morning and this error appeared. I am doing nothing special in my game and it runs fine on an h2210. Has anyone experienced this? What are the things that are most likely the reason for this error whenever a game is run on a Pocket PC?
