At least for the original PocketPC emulator, there is no GAPI.DLL for it... I don't know if one comes with the 2002 or 2003 SDK's... In the case of the first, yes, Thierry wrote te GAPI DLL for it. Works very well, just copy it to your emulator's /windows folder and your all set.
