Where could I find a program that changes the backlight value of my Toshiba Genio e570 ?
(so that my poor battery lasts longer !)
I think the lowest backlight value is something like 25%, and I'd like to change this value to 5% for instance, or to the lowest value that would allow me to use my e570 in the dark. (For the HP568, this function is built-in : there is a slider bar in the default menu)
If it doesn't exist for Toshiba e570, I would really appreciate if you had tips for me...
I've already looked at pocketpcdn.com and the only clue I have is "BackLight managing is hardware dependent, so look in the OEM Display Driver". Great.
I've also tried to look at the Registry table. Indeed, there is an item called "Backlight", but unfortunately changing its value doesn't change the backlight value... (although changing the backlight value in the built-in menu changes this value !)
