Need more information.


Are you using a serial or USB connection?

Does ActiveSync work? Which version is it?

Are you sure the connection from eVB:

Tools->Remote Tools->Configure Platform Manager->Pocket PC 2002 (Default Device)

is configured correctly (both using ActiveSync)

(Another pertinent question for the wretchedly unstable connection between eVB/eVC++ and a device might also be:

which way is the wind blowing at the moment? ;(
)

Did you wait enouph? Because the debugging is really slow without an ethernet card. Try to upload the file manually and after that, run it by clicking on the application on the ppc. It should work, but you will not have the debug :P So you have to wait. Try with the Emulator if something happend.

Maybe it helps to install the network loopback device. I remember having problems debugging apps without that thingy:

The Problem has finally been solved. I uninstalled and re-installed everything, it then works fine.
