How to fulfill MS Smartphone Handbook non-existing features

hmmm, I though I readed somewhere that all M$ smartphone should have 12 bit color? But as it said "Smartphone Handbook non-existing features", may be they can change their mind :P

If I remember correctly the Smartphone spec. says that a Smartphone HAS to have a color display. But I have also noted it says that it must support color AND b/w screen.

Although I have look at few "designed for SP" games and it doesn't appear that they follow that document to every point so I don't know how hard the MS control process are..
