PocketMatrix

I asked this at the FMOD forum but this is probably a better place to ask:

I'm playing a mod with FMOD and while in PC sounds ok (like in the tracker or winamp), in the pocket PC the high-pitched sounds are very loud in front of the low-pitched ones (giving me a big headache ;) )

Has anyone noticed something similar? It's an FMOD problem, a hardware problem (speaker good for high pitch, bad for low pitch) or an ear problem? ;)
