Pushing Calendar and Action button togerther

On my 3950 pushing simultaneously these two buttons it invokes the align screen application, and I am unable to disable it.
Have you encountered with this problem?
Any solution?

I've had it happen to me a couple times while playing emulation, however I never noticed anything definite that triggered it.

Calendar and action at the same time brings up the Align Screen for me as well.. on the 1910; but it never comes up during a Gapi/Game application that has control of those buttons.
