There's also the issue of who would *want* to take the effort to cheat. I think any obviously fake scores could be thrown out though there also is the issue of beating the score by a few points. (I have a feeling that if that were to happen, someone else would increase it by 50 more points, etc, at which point, would be noticable)

Are you basing the fact that the SPB is not cheatfree because it's more widespread in comparison, or do you know anything about it? Just wonderring.

I'm sure putting the scores on your page would be a snap, could always use an SSI insert for your scores.

Not being involved with the internals of PocketGamer, these are the best answers I can offer.

I see no reason why it should not be possible to include results on your own page - I will knock up an page over the next week or two which will provide you with the necessary results.
