What do you use to build your tools?
Posted: Jan 29, 2004 @ 5:37amBy tools I'm assuming you mean map editors, image processors etc. Personally I use Java so that I'm not tied to any particular platform when designing content. On my mac I'll use Project Builder as my IDE, pico or nedit on *nix but I have still to find a favorite on windows.
