Need a forum hosting like PM for my new application support!

I need to find a place that can host a forum for me where I can discuss and provide support for my new Pocket Programming Language (PPL) which is going to be released soon. My ISP doesn't let me host websites, port 80 is blocked!
Btw, I need a nice and clean looking forum, like here at PM. I have seen some places and there forums are quite ugly and not intuitive.
