8-ways dpad scan codes

Some Pocket PCs have a 8-way dpad and I am wondering if the scan codes for the diagonals have specific values (and what they are) or if this is device specific.

All PPCs have VK_LEFT/VK_RIGHT/VK_UP and VK_DOWN for the 4 normal directions. What about the others?

Which PPCs have a 8-way dpad?

There are only a couple, and IIRC, they all use different scan-codes (no standarized way)
