I wonder what Flash things you are running? Maybe it's the difference between Flash-based games and just Flash animations, but animations run fairly well in my experience... My Dell X5 Basic, even at stock 300MHz, runs StrongBad's Trogdor eMail, Happy Tree Friends' Eye Candy, Radiskull & Devil Doll and Lonely Astronaut just fine, plus a bunch of others. Bumping it up to 400MHz and it's noticeably better. Like I said, maybe games are where the problems arise...
