This will include ALL Distribution channels worldwide, direct contacts AND.....pros and cons of each to include setting up your own online store and making it work for you in addition to diversifying - listing on key 3rd party distribution sites.
Should you have DIRECT experience, pros and cons with 3rd party distributors, online or other -
1. How have they helped further sales of your product - is your product in the top 10 on said distributor site -

3. Have they set you up with OEM deals -
4. What about Localization -
5. Do you feel you get your "money's worth" in exchange for the 30-60% the 3rd party distributor takes on each sale -
6. Why or why not -
7. Advise on partnering with said distributor - tips, tricks, etc.
