Looks like you're trying to run an ARM build on the emulator - don't. You need to build an x86 version (i.e. check your build parameters).

Oh that's just normal for the emulator. I think that the wind has to be blowing in the right direction, and you have to have made the right sacrifices to the right gods, etc, to have it work.
You could try re-installing the emulator, etc, but that's pretty hit-and-miss too.
