I'm not usually one for sour grapes, but...

I seriously do hate being a whinning loser, but in this one case I feel quite completely justified...

The winners of the PocketPC Magazine Best Software awards were released today...

How did Invasion: Trivia! not win?!? Can anyone seriously compare the two finalists and come to that conclusion? I'm not trying to bash the other finalist in any way, but this just seems like an incredibly bogus pick to me.

Again, I'm not usually one to complain about something like this, but it really bugs me for some reason and I had to vent a bit. I haven't looked at any of the other categories to see if other miscarriages of justice have occurred, but I'm not really inclined to after seeing this outcome.
...and so I said to Mr. Gates: "$640 billion should be enough for anyone!"

There were alot of questionable decisions for finalists and winners. Many of the nominated titles weren't even in the correct categories to begin with. I agree that Invasion: Trivia should have won that category considering the nominated titles.

Crosswind technique: "Using your peripheral vision, react to body movements, gasps, groans, and shouts from the other side of the cockpit, and always remember that it's better to be lucky than good."

Same here! We should vote for a Pocketgamer or Pocketmatrix awards!

rcp: I don't think I'd agree with you because I have Tower Mogul in the "simulation" category. But VPM is definitely awesome so no hard feelings here. :)
