Jimmy () has a program to overclock the iPAQ, but you're out of luck if you have anything else

The StrongARM have a register to define the cpu speed, download the and look at section 8.2. I'm not try it.

... and if you want any kind of stability, tweak the RAM settings to the correct parameters too. There's a clock-scaling setup for Linux, which should get you started if you're serious.

You can change the RAM frequency, too? That might make it POSSIBLE to overclock to... say... 250 or 270.

BTW, the Casio e200s apparently don't have very good RAM because I don't think that some of them overclock at all...
