I just noticed that swreg.org provides a chart of many registration service providers by fees. One is suppose to be independent.

No hidden costs with ShareIt! and unlike others they will pay into a bank account directly. I hate having to deal with US $ cheques which my bank has to send away for processing.
I've used ShareIt! for 2 years and get about 60-70% of sales that way with the rest mainly from Handango
